"I needed to source a couple of multi segment LED displays for our operations section to display multiple time zones. After much research and several quotes we decided on the BRG brand that was offered by Matthew Munn – Sydney Clock Co. We specified the configuration we needed and sent off the order. Throughout the process we were always kept informed and at no stage left in the dark. Our order arrived within the timeframe quoted at the agreed price. Sometime later we needed to order another batch of the same product for our maintenance section ops team and knowing we had a very good supplier already on file I immediately contacted Matthew for a requote. He responded quickly and I sent through another order which again arrived on time on price. I cannot recommend Matthew Munn – Sydney Clock Co highly enough, for fast professional sales and service and highly competitive pricing."

"With a short list of what we required Matthew retuned, in detail, with a detailed description of the item including pictures, dimensions, specs, shipping timelines, cost and customs requirements to get the item to our door. After committing to the buy Matthew promptly informed us of the tracking number and monitored its progress to ensure it cleared through customs ASAP. Upon us receiving the item Matthew stayed in contact until we confirmed it was in working order and that we were 100% satisfied Sydney Clock Co’s service. Overall I found Matthew and Sydney Clock Co’s service extremely helpful and professional. Their assistance after the purchase was finalised proves they are a company that values their clients and aims to maintain a good relationship."
